The Vista deserves an excellent rating. The staff including, property manager and assistant manager, are wonderful to talk to and get things done. The maintenance tech is involved in a lot of cleaning and maintenance works and he is a tremendous bloke to talk to. Staff made our move-in experience a joy. We arrived in LAX from Tokyo on 02/03 and the same day we were given keys, account numbers and all the help we needed. The apartments are excellent and we are really loving our stay here.

The management is very polite, friendly and highly responsive. By the way, due to the restroom on the lobby floor (near the fitness and business center) is normally closed after 6pm, I wish it opens all night. Anyway, the overall quality of this place is good, and I feel the sense of community here.

The entire experience was great. The apartment is in perfect condition. Office staff and the facilities staff have all been super helpful!

Having said that, I have very high expectations in the apartment complex that I chose, while I wait to eventually purchase a new home here.The Vista at Laguna has far exceeded all my expectations thus far and I'm very happy that I currently live here. The pool and heated spa are spotless, the 24-hour fitness center is top notch and the community itself is very well maintained. The complex has more of a condominium feeling to me, quite frankly and always feels secure. The staff in the leasing office are very professional, always very accommodating, and have helped make my move to California effortless.

My experience thus far has been great. Each and every request was satisfactorily addressed by the maintenance personnel assigned to each of my minor problems. All were handled very quickly and professionally. The staff from top to bottom were very considerate and prompt, good customer service response time to keep the tenants happy. Obviously maintenance issues are handled quickly. That's a given everywhere. However, noise issues, or anything else that interferes with peace and quiet or quality of living, is handled ASAP! That's the best thing about The Vista at Laguna Niguel .... PEACE AND QUIET!

There are some younger college or grad students around, but even they are quiet! The community is also respectful of one another. There is no dog waste anywhere to be seen. People dispose trash in the receptacle. There's no noise. _____________ sets the tone here, big time. And the entire staff is so nice and attentive.

Location, amenities, landscaping, and the apartment itself all are very organized, well-constructed, and in my opinion luxurious...

I love living at The Vista Apartments. The entire staff is fabulous. The community is clean, modern, well maintained and a convenient location. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a fabulous place to call home.

I've only been here about a week and so far it is a spectacular experience. So, far everything seems to be working in prestige order and noise levels do not bother me. It is also close to all the major freeways.

The office staff is very friendly. The gym has everything you might need for a great workout and the units are spacious and beautiful. I love the modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern bathrooms.

Great location, convenient to 73, 5 and tons of commerce. Recently remodeled with updated cabinets, floors and tiles. We have a great patio that is really quite and backs up to a secluded mountain. We love it!!

The leasing staff where very helpful and kind to work with, even after the many questions and concerns I had. The maintenance turnaround time is very quick as well and the community very clean and quiet.

Everything in The Vista is great just the hallway and BBQ need to maintenance and clean. I am happy with community and management. I will recommend this building my friends. Since I moved in this building, I haven't had any problem. There are two parking for each apartment and there are also visitor parking on lot area.

We have been here for several months now and really like the staff. The maintenance team is fantastic. Would recommend this community to friends and family. Love this place, keep up the good work. The only downside we have is traffic noise but we knew that coming in.

We've been here 3 months and we love it!!!! We really appreciate how nice and informative Shannon and Daniella have been!!!! Johnny and Sergio are AMAZING as well!!! We had some minor repairs and everyone was on top of it. Couldn't have asked for more :)

The Vista is a great place to live, it is newly renovated and has a great layout and design and doesn't feel cramped like most apartment complexes do. The location is great, only a 5 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

My overall experience with the community has been great. The staff is very attentive to any needs, will try to Maintenance you as best they can. Maintenance team is prompt and very friendly. The apartment itself is wonderful. Love having a fireplace, all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. The floors are so easy to clean. I love living in this community.

The Vista has been a great place to call home for my family. The staff has been truly amazing. This is a great complex, it's clean, repairs are done in a timely fashion, and the Apartments are very nice on the inside. My friends say, it's like we live in a hotel.

I love the complex. I had a problem with a noisy neighbor, and it was resolved in 24 hours. I feel safe here. They keep the grounds and facilities very clean. They redid the lawns regularly because of dead grass caused by dogs. I almost never see dog waste. The entire apt staff is remarkably professional and courteous. Great place to live. I stay to myself socially, so I have no comments about the other residents.

Overall we have had a very good experience living at The Vista. Fantastic staff, great apartment and perfect location. The quality of finishes in the apartment are well above standard. The staff does a great job of promoting a community experience.

I would recommend this apartment home to friends and family. You feel secure that your property will be safe and you have security cameras all around the property. They are pet friendly the neighbors are respectful to others. The interior of the apartment is nicely done as well as the exterior; you have a nice pool area as well a nice gym and club house to sit and relax by the pool. There is a great view of the valley right out my patio door and the shopping centers are not too far.

There's a nice park right across the street from me; I like where I live I plan on staying here for a long time they have awesome schools around here the freeway may be a little far but besides that I have no problem the staff are very friendly and helpful they do a wonderful job helping you with your request.

I'm very happy with my apartment at The Vista at Laguna Niguel, and with the complex in general (especially the location--equidistant to PCH and the 5, very close to the library and a great botanical garden/YMCA/park complex, close to Costco and a lot of shopping and dining, etc.). I moved into a freshly refurbished 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment at the beginning of 2016, and have had an excellent experience so far. I needed a pet-friendly apartment and feel I'm getting good value for the money.

One of my favorite amenities is the in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment layout is great, and the finish-out is clean and modern.. The staff members are always friendly ultra-responsive. I feel safe here and recommend this property.

Management came in and within minutes had our problems solved. They are skilled at what they do and are very friendly. Thank you for employing such wonderful people. Moved in a few months ago and we are very happy here. It's smaller than our old condo but we were ok compromising space for amenities, and appearance. they keep the community looking clean and up kept which only promotes neighbors to help keep it that way.

I've been living at The Vista at Laguna apartments for over a year and enjoyed every day of it! A wonderful and helpful staff in the office as well as the maintenance department. Always greeting with a smile and ready to accommodate in any way they can! The newer modern styled space of each apartment is unlike any I have seen in Orange County at this lease rate. The landscape is very well maintained and beautifully designed with a garden feel of its own!!

We love the square shaped sinks in each bathroom that just completes the modern feel as well with the wood finish floors and a hue of designer paint color on the walls. It feels just like home!! With style!!

Great location. Close to pretty much everything you could ever need. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other businesses are all within very short driving distance. The Vista is also only minutes away from PCH and the beach!

The staff in the Leasing Office is very friendly, courteous and prompt. Shannon and Jenna set the standard for both professionalism and exceptional customer service - and always make tenants feel very welcome and valued. The units are well-appointed and amenities on the property are exceptional (covered parking, parking for guests, full gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, etc.). The Maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. Any time I've required service in my unit, it was always handled.

We thoroughly enjoy our apartment. It is well appointed with quality appliances, nice flooring, and crown molding in the living room. The staff is friendly and responsive to service needs. The grounds are well maintained and exterior lighting is good. Our experience is exceeding our expectation.

We met the staff in June when we visited the town for the first time. The manager was so helpful in showing us the facility and made us fell so at home that we were able to make our move from 1000 miles away without feeling any stress at all or having any second thoughts. Our move in was very smooth and each month that we stay here we are even more pleased. We were homeowners for 18 years and weren't sure if apartment living would be for us, but we feel so spoiled here, we consider staying.

Not sure what to write here other than I really enjoy the surroundings and the location of The Vista Apartments. I have been here for just about 6 months and it quiet peaceful and seems to be occupied by nice people. I think the management chooses quality tenants.

I could not be happier with The Vista. The units are completely renovated and extremely comfortable. The pool and fitness facilities are top notch. If you're looking to live in South Orange County, you'll have a tough time finding a better property, at a better value. Extremely convenient to major highways, close to the beach and 7 minutes to Lifetime Fitness. The large patio homes are great for entertaining and can accommodate a full grill.

After checking out a number of other properties throughout the area, The Vista was a no-brainer.

I like the management and their complete due diligence. We just moved to Laguna Niguel from NH, this was the last of 10 apartments we looked at. This place is gorgeous and with all new everything. The staff is amazing and the property manager was so welcoming and made you feel at home. The apartments are close to shopping and gas stations, and there is very little noise. They have an amazing gym and pool with BBQ and a sweet clubhouse.

On the rare occasion I need to go to the office, I am greeted by a smile and hello from Shannon or one of the other amazing office staff. This place was beyond my expectations.

My experience at the Vista has been a 5 star (out of 5 experience). The property manager/ leasing staff, are friendly, helpful, detail oriented and their follow up is excellent. They showed me 5 different apartments and answered all of my questions before I made my final selection. I looked at 10 properties before deciding on The Vista based on available parking spaces, uncongested feel, new apartment, first rate amenities (pool, sauna, workout room) and cleanliness of the property.

The maintenance staff is always friendly and willing to go the "extra mile" to resolve maintenance issues. Sergio was in my apartment last week, working on two minor issues, and he proceeded to assist me with two other unexpected questions/ concerns. . I feel confident that any maintenance concern will be addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Great place to call home!

The maintenance is out early every morning making sure the grounds look nice. The manager is very nice and always handles things in my case appropriately. I really enjoy it here. It's close to the beach, The residents are friendly, and you can't beat the price for the space you are getting! I love the fact that you get 2 parking spaces instead of the 1 that some complexes give. I've never had a problem here. I feel safe when I come home late, and my patio is absolutely lovely.
